Spinach Raita

Spinach Raita is healthy, refreshing raita. You can enjoy with meal or after meal as a refreshing drink. It is very easy to make.







Ingredients:-

2 cup yogurt or curd
1/2 cup Spinach puree (Palak )
1 tbsp Roasted  cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt ( or acc to taste)
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
3/4 cup water (depend on thickness)
finely chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp chaat masala

Method:-

Blend curd and puree in a blender for 10 seconds.
Add spices.
Garnish with cilantro.

Tips:-

Adjust yogurt thickness and spices acc to taste.
Add any type of vegetables like shreeded carrot, cucumber, zuchini and also fruits like grapes, Pomogrenate, apple, banana.
