Mini Heart Shape Sanwich Eggless PanCake

Valentine is around the corner.

Try this yummy recipe on this valentine.
Eggless and easy to make .



 Ingredients:-

1 cup plain flour
11/2 tbsp coco powder
2 tbsp melted butter
4 tsp castor sugar
1/2 tsp soda by carb
11/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
5 tbsp butter milk
1 tsp vanilla essence

For layered

1/2 cup Chocolate chips
11/2 tbsp whipping cream

For garnishing 

Some whipped cream/ice-cream
Some chopped strawberries

Method :-

Sieve together the dry ingredients – plain flour, cocoa powder, castor sugar, baking powder and baking soda in the bowl.

In blender ,
Add the wet ingredients to to – vanilla essence, melted butter, buttermilk, milk and salt and blend it all together to make the batter. Add dry Ingredients into the blender and blend one more time.
Now the batter is ready.

 Heat some butter on hot pan and spread the pancake batter and cook it well on both the sides - Place them on a plate.

Cut from the heart shape cookie cutter.

In a bowl add chocolate chip and microwave it for 1 minute and 30 second.

Add cream and mix well . this will turn into thick mixture and roll this .
and use heart shape cookie cutter.

Now assemble,

Keep one pancake then layered with chocolate and then other pancake.

Garnish with whipped cream and Strawberry chunks.
