Falafel Sandwich

Falafel is a deep-fried ball, or a flat made from ground chickpeas. Herbs, spices, and onion relatives are commonly added to the dough. It is a well-known Middle Eastern dish that most likely originated in Egypt.
These are very crispy from outer and soft from inside , which are now found around the world as part of vegetarian cuisine .
Falafel balls can be eaten as falafal sandwich, falafal wrap.

Here I am making falafel sandwich by using very simple ingredients

Very healthy and very yummy and ofcourse filling.





Deep Fry falafel

Air-fryer Falafel

Ingredients


Bread (Any bread multigrain, wheat, oats, white )
Falafel  
Lettuce leaves
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Chutney (Any  chutney like green chutney, red chutney, or hummus or any sandwich spread)


Salt
black pepper
Butter/ghee/oil


Method

Take bread pieces
Spread chutney or any sandwich spread

Then layered with chopped lettuce, Cucumber, tomatoes and Falafel

Sprinkle little salt and black pepper and covered with another bread.

You can eat just like that or Cook it on skillet on medium gas with little butter.
Or you can make in the sandwich maker .


Your healthy, full of protein and delicious sandwich are ready.


 You can use any veggies what you like to eat.
