Ingredients:-
1/2 cup Flaxseeds
1/2 cup Makhane/ lotus seeds / Foxnuts
1/2 cup Melon seeds
1/2 cup Almonds
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Pistachios
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 tbsp Ghee
21/2 cup Jaggery/gur
Method :-
In the pan roast all the nuts separately for 1-2 minutes on medium gas or until they become crunchy .
(Stir continuously on medium gas, otherwise it can burn.)
Then let it cool down and grind in the grinder and make Coarse powder.
Now in the pan,
add 2 tbsp ghee.
When ghee melts add jaggery and make jaggery syrup.
Stir it continuously on medium gas, until it become syrup.
Greased the plate / tray / parchment paper/ foil paper with ghee.
Now add Coarse powder in the syrup and mix well.
Now transfer the mixture in the greased plate.
and spread evenly with the help of spatula/ glass/ bowl.
cut the pieces in the desired shape.
Let it cool down for 30-45 minutes.
