Oats and Sooji Pizza on Skillet

Healthy Vegetable and Cheese Pizza on  Skillet.

Its really yummy in taste and easy to make.

No Oven, No Maida (All Purpose flour) , No yeast.

Within 30 minutes, Pizza is ready from Scratch to finish.

Ingredients



For dough

1/2 cup Sooji/Semolina
1/2 Cup Oats flour
1/2 cup Yogurt/curd
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup water or as required


For Topping
(As Required)
Veggies for topping (as per your choice Colorful capsicum, onion, tomatoes, corns, Mushrooms)
Herbs Italian
Pizza Sauce
 Cheese(Mozeralla/pizza/ Amul)
Chili flakes
Oregano

Butter/ghee/oil for greasing


Method :-


In a bowl , add Sooji, Oats flour, curd, salt , sugar, baking powder , baking soda and mix well and Add water and make thick batter.


or In a grinder/blender/mixer  Add all Dough ingredients and blend and make thick batter.
Just keep  the batter aside.





Heat 1 tbsp oil , add all chopped bell peppers/Capsicum, Onion and saute for 2 minutes on high gas.
Turn off the gas. Add salt and chili flakes and mix well.

Don't over cook, we are just sauteing for 2 minutes.
I am using Yellow and Green bell pepper 


Keep it aside.



Now Heat pan for 2 minutes on high heat then reduce gas on low gas.
Grease the Pan with butter/oil/ghee

I am using here ring for making Pizza, This is just optional.
You can take any pan of any size depending on what size do you want .

Put ring on the pan.
Pour one and half ladle on the pan, (it will depend on how much thick base do you want)
Covered with lid and cooked it on medium low gas for 8-10  minutes.
Take toothpick and insert into pizza base and check if its come clean then it cooked from inside .

Now, put some oil over the base and then flip the base and Turn off the gas.
(Before flipping, just check first that its brown or not from below side).







Now spread Pizza sauce over the pizza base
and then add grated cheese. Sprinkle some Oregano and chili flakes and covered with the lid.


For vegetable pizza Add vegetable over the cheese.

Cover with lid and cooked it on 6-8 minutes on medium low gas .

 
Pizza is ready . Cut slices as per your choice.





Your  Super healthy, homemade and delicious pizza ready.

Note :- If you don't have Oats flour you can replace oats flour with besan or sooji
