Tadke wala pasta (pasta with tempering)

A great combination of Indian and Italian spices .......
Yummy pasta with vegetables........
Everyone can enjoy this colorful and healthy pasta...........







Ingredients

2 cups of boiled Tricolor Pasta (or you can use any type of pasta)
1 Green bell pepper chopped into cubes or sliced
1 Red bell pepper chopped into cubes or sliced
1 onion chopped into cubes or slices
( you can add more vegetables like broccoli, corns , peas , beans etc)

1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp Curry Masala powder
1 tsp salt
1 -2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp italain herbs or as required   (Garlic, red pepper flakes ,  mixed herbs)
1 tsp lemon juice 
Some finely chopped cilantro 

Method




Heat oil in a wok or pan or kadai
When oil is hot add 1 tsp mustard seeds. When it start cracking add curry masala powder . Stir it for few seconds . Add onion , green bell peppers and red bell peppers . Cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium gas or until it become tender ( vegetables should be crispy )





Add pasta and mix well . Add salt n black pepper , all Italian herbs and mix well . Cover it with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on medium high gas (you can add cheese also at this stage for enhancing the flavor). 
Turn off the gas . Add lemon juice and cilantro and mix well . Cover with lid .
After 2 minutes open and serve hot 
If you want to eat cold then when pasta comes in room temperature then put it in freez and enjoy colorful pasta 


* I am using Madras curry  masala ... You can use any curry masala like pavbhaji or chole

* spices can adjust as per your taste
