Mango Cake in Airfryer

No Egg, No Maida, No condensed milk, No butter...

Still Yummy and healthy cake

Enjoy Mango cake

Very Simple Method, No whisking, no folding, no straining




Ingredients



3/4 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Sooji /Semolina
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Mango puree
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking Soda

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oil

some Almonds for garnishing

Oil/butter for greasing container

Method

 Grease container with the oil/butter

Preheat  Airfryer at 180  C for 5 minutes.

In a blender, add all ingredients except Almonds. and blend for 2 minutes at the interval of 30 seconds


Now Transfer the mixture into greased container. Spread some chopped/sliced Almonds

Keep the container in Airfryer for 20 minutes at 140 C


 


Check after 15 minutes. insert the toothpick, if its come clean then its ready otherwise keep it for 5 minutes more or until it become ready. 
Take out outside.



Let the cake cool completely.

Your mango cake is ready.

You can eat  like that or decorate as per your desire.



Note :-

1)You can add mango chunks, choco chips, tutti fruti or other dryfruits.
2) After blend the mixture , you can taste raw mixture for checking the sweetness.




This cake can be baked in Oven and pressure cooker too.

In oven at 130 C for 25-30 minutes or until it become ready. Check after 25 minutes

Rolls from left overs.

Roll from left over Khichdi and Cauliflower sabji.


Are you among those who don't like to waste food? and also you and your family don't want to eat again same thing.....then

So try this roll from leftover Khichdi and sabji

You can make this roll from any dal rice or sabji.


Ingredients
(i have some left overs)
Around 11/2 cup Khichdi
and 1/12 cup Dry Cauliflower Potato sabji
Breadcrumbs

Some chaat Masala

(Its all your choice what dal , rice and curry do you have )
(You can add green chili paste, red chili powder and mix well )
(For binding, You can add Besan , Cornflakes Coarsely powder, Sooji, Cornstarch )
(If you don't have any dry sabji , you can add boiled and mashed potato, cauliflower, carrot , peas and spinach)









Method

Leftover Khichdi and Sabji




In the mixer , add dal rice/khichdi and dry sabji and mash.
Take out all the mixture in the bowl/plate.





Add bread crumbs, chaat masala .
(you can add more spices as per your taste)

Now its thick batter/dough is ready.

Make rolls as per desire shape.

and Deep fry them on medium gas, until it become crispy and golden brown in color.

Note:-
Don't fry on high gas otherwise it will be uncooked from inside.






Serve hot with green chutney and sweet chutney

Oreo Cake/Pastry in Airfryer

Oreo Cake




Yummy Oreo Cake with three ingredients only .
Very easy to make and within 30 minutes your cake is ready from scratch to finish with garnishing.


Try this super yummy recipe with Chocolate ganache.





Ingredients

2 packet of Oreos
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp Eno



Decoration
Chocolate Ganache
Coconut flakes



Method :-

Preheat Airfryer at 180 C for 5 mins
Grease the container with butter.

In Mixer,

add Oreo biscuits and make fine powder.


Add milk in the mixer and make batter.
Now add eno and blend one more time.
Now the cake batter is ready.

Transfer the batter from the blender and pour into the container.

Now keep container in the Airfryer for 15 -20 minutes at 160 C 
After 15 minutes  check if its ready or not by inserting toothpick , if its come out clean then its ready otherwise keep it more for 5 minutes..
Let cake cool completely

cake is ready 
and now decorate cake as per your choice 
I am using here ganache and coconut flakes.

Oats and Sooji Pizza on Skillet

Healthy Vegetable and Cheese Pizza on  Skillet.

Its really yummy in taste and easy to make.

No Oven, No Maida (All Purpose flour) , No yeast.

Within 30 minutes, Pizza is ready from Scratch to finish.


Vegetable Pizza



 

Cheese Pizza



Ingredients



For dough

1/2 cup Sooji/Semolina
1/2 Cup Oats flour
1/2 cup Yogurt/curd
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup water or as required


For Topping
(As Required)
Veggies for topping (as per your choice Colorful capsicum, onion, tomatoes, corns, Mushrooms)
Herbs Italian
Pizza Sauce
 Cheese(Mozeralla/pizza/ Amul)
Chili flakes
Oregano

Butter/ghee/oil for greasing


Method :-


In a bowl , add Sooji, Oats flour, curd, salt , sugar, baking powder , baking soda and mix well and Add water and make thick batter.


or In a grinder/blender/mixer  Add all Dough ingredients and blend and make thick batter.
Just keep  the batter aside.





Heat 1 tbsp oil , add all chopped bell peppers/Capsicum, Onion and saute for 2 minutes on high gas.
Turn off the gas. Add salt and chili flakes and mix well.

Don't over cook, we are just sauteing for 2 minutes.
I am using Yellow and Green bell pepper 


Keep it aside.



Now Heat pan for 2 minutes on high heat then reduce gas on low gas.
Grease the Pan with butter/oil/ghee

I am using here ring for making Pizza, This is just optional.
You can take any pan of any size depending on what size do you want .

Put ring on the pan.
Pour one and half ladle on the pan, (it will depend on how much thick base do you want)
Covered with lid and cooked it on medium low gas for 8-10  minutes.
Take toothpick and insert into pizza base and check if its come clean then it cooked from inside .

Now, put some oil over the base and then flip the base and Turn off the gas.
(Before flipping, just check first that its brown or not from below side).







Now spread Pizza sauce over the pizza base
and then add grated cheese. Sprinkle some Oregano and chili flakes and covered with the lid.


For vegetable pizza Add vegetable over the cheese.

Cover with lid and cooked it on 6-8 minutes on medium low gas .

 
Pizza is ready . Cut slices as per your choice.





Your  Super healthy, homemade and delicious pizza ready.

Note :- If you don't have Oats flour you can replace oats flour with besan or sooji

Apple ladoo / Apple balls


If you have some left over apples in your fruit basket and you are in mood to try some yummy ladoos then try out this unique Apple Ladoos recipe which is very yummy and easy to make.
Kids friendly .

This is very easy and quick recipe.
 

 


Ingredients

11/2 cup roughly chopped apple
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup dry coconut powder
Some chopped/coarsely dryfruits(Almonds, pistachios, Cashews, walnuts as per your choice)
A pinch of Cardamom powder 
For garnishing some chopped Dryfruits and dessicated coconut


Method :-

In a pressure cooker,  boil apple on medium gas until one whistle come.




In a pan , add 3 tbsp ghee and add coconut powder and roast for few seconds .
Add Sugar and boiled apple and Mix well.
 Cook and Stir continuously until all mixture become dry.

Add some coarsely dry fruits powder and cardamom powder.
Mix well and cooking continuously until it started leaving sides and mixture become mass. At this moment you can taste Sugar, if you want more you can add more
 Turn off the heat and transfer it to the plate


Now Grease hand  and make ladoo
and Garnish with dry fruits and coconut powder or desiccated coconut.

Airfryer Besan Dhola cake

Besan dhokla cake in Airfryer..
Its very yummy, spongy and a different way of eating dhokla.
Dhokla cake is ready in less than 15 mins from scratch to finished
No Sieve, No whisk   very simple recipe in blender/grinder


Ingredients

1 cup Besan (Gram flour)

1/4 cup Sooji (Semolina)
2 tbsp sugar  
11/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp citric acid/lemon juice
11/4 cup luke warm water
A pinch of turmeric (optional )
11/2 tsp eno fruit salt + 1 tsp water

Tempering

1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp oil
11/4 cup water
3-4 chopped green chilies

For garnishing  (optional)

finely chopped cilantro
coconut powder/flakes

oil for greasing




Method


Preheat Airfryer at 180 C for 5 minutes.

Now grease the tray or bowl or container well.

In the blender,
Add sooji, Besan, salt,sugar,turmeric powder and citric acid and water . and blend it for 2 minutes  gradually.




Now Add Eno in the blender and blend again for 30 seconds.
Now take out batter into the greased container .


 


Now keep the Dhokla container for 3 minutes at 180 C. Check if its done or not.
First pic of dhokla is ready after 3 minutes. then i keep it for 2 minutes more at 180 C
and Dhokla is ready.


Take out on the plate and let it cool completely



Now will prepare tempering

Take a pan. heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, When it started cracking add green chilies.
When chilies cooked, then add water and boil it for 2-3 minutes on medium gas.



 




 Cut the pieces of dhokla  as desire shape.
Pour the tempering over the dhokla. Soft and spongy dhokla is ready to serve.











Serve with cilantro chutney


Note:-

If you want as same like steamer dhokla one , so Keep  dhokla tray  at 180 C for 3 minutes.

Eggless Zebra cake with Chocolate ganache


Eggless Zebra cake with Chocolate ganache 






Easy, soft and delicious recipe of eggless zebra cake with simple ingredients Covered with home made ganache.

Combination of Vanilla and chocolate cake is super delicious.







Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

Maida/All purpose flour  11/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/3 cup 
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp

For chocolate layer
1/4 cup Cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients



Butter - 3 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp 
Condensed Milk/Milkmaid  - 240 Gm
Milk - 1 cup 
Vinegar - 1 1/2 tsp 
Choice of Essence - 1 tsp 


For Chocolate Ganache
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate chips





Method :-

Grease the baking tray/dish.
Preheat oven at 180 C

Let's prepare cake batter

In the blender, add all wet ingredients and blend it .
In another bowl , Strain all dry ingredients except cocoa powder.




Now add this dry mixture into blender and blend with the wet ingredients.
Now the vanilla batter is ready.




Vanilla batter is ready. Divide the batter in two parts. Add cocoa powder into one part and blend it .

Now we have two batter one vanilla and one chocolate batter.






Note :-
For eggless cake , cake batter should not be very thick.



Drop a large spoonful of 1 batter in the center of the pan. Top with a spoonful of the other batter. Alternate spoonfuls on top of each other. Give the pan a shake to level it all out.







Now keep the baking tray in the oven for 22-25 minutes.
After 22 minutes insert the toothpick or fork into the oven , if its come out clean then cake is ready.

otherwise keep it for more 5 minutes.


Allow cakes to cool completely in the pans set on a wire rack. The cakes must be completely cool before frosting and assembling.



 
For Ganache,
in a microwave safe bowl , add cream and chocolate chips , microwave for it 30 seconds. Mix it well with the spoon
then microwave 30 seconds more.

Now Stirring it with the help of spoon until it become smooth.
You can whip this mixture as well for making any decoration.

Chocolate Ganache is ready.

If you don't have chocolate chip then you can chop any chocolate into small chunks and then you can use it.



Ganache is ready.

 Just over the cake with ganache and decorate as per your desire.

  Here I am not decorating cake too much, Just covering with the Ganache.


So Eggless Zebra cake is ready.
