This Namkin is combination of sweet , spicy and sour. It contain peanuts, Bengal gram (chana), corn poha, and rice cereals. It can be enjoy in any festive season with tea .

Ingredients :-
1/2 cup Peanuts
1/2 cup corn poha (or can use corn flakes)
1/2 cup rice cereals
1/2 cup Bengal gram or chana
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp oil
5-6 curry leaves
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp seasome seeds
2 tbsp coconut powder (optional)
1 tbsp sugar
Method:-
In a nonstick pan , roast rice cereal, corn poha, peanuts, chana .
Keep them aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, seasome, mustard seeds. Add curry leaves.
Add all spices , cocont powder and sugar.
Add cereal, peanuts, corn , chana and mix well. Add lemon juice. Mix well.
Tips :- Spices and sugar can adjust according to taste.
