Moong Dal dosa is the combination of moong dal and rice . It is healthy, yummy and crispy pancake or Dosa.

Dosa, Sambhar, coconut chutney...enjoy ......
Ingredients:-
1/2 cup green moong dal
1 cup rice
2-3 green chili
a small piece of ginger
1/2 tbsp salt
1 cup water
Oil for roasting
Method:-
Soak green moong dal and rice for 8 hours. Drain the water
Mix dal , rice, green chili , ginger in a blender. Blend in a blender. Adding water slowly as needed to make a smooth paste.
Mix the salt . Add water as needed for consistency of pan cake batter.
Place a non-stick skillet (tawa) or pan over medium -high heat.
Sprinkle some water and clean the skillet from the cloth.
Take a cup or 1/2 cup batter (acc to skillet size) into the skillet and spread evenly.
When the batter begins to dry, spread approx one table spoon of oil spread over it gently.
Wait for some time . Then flip the dosa with the help of spatula.
Press the dosa lightly with the spatula. and flip two -three times until dosa get crispy and brown in color. Turn Dosa with the help of spectula
Your Moong dal Dosa is ready
Tips:-
While roasting Dosa gas should be on medium heat for crispy.
You can choose any stuffing onion, paneer, Tomato.

We also can make stuffed Dosa by stuffing Potato Masala and Paneer
Boiled the 2 large size Potato . Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan Add 1/2 tsp mustard seed
Add curry leaves. Peeled the potato and cut into cubes. Add potato cubes in the pan.Add salt , turmeric, Cumin powder , Garam Masala, Dry mango Powder. Mix well.cook them for 5 minutes.
Potato Masal is ready. Take some paneer and crumbled.
On the skillet, on one side spread some potao Masala and paneer and fold with the help of spatula
