Crispy Stuffed bread roll (AirFryer )

Stuffed bread rolls are stuffed with the spicy potato filling and a green chutney layer...
I have made it in air fryer...so its healthy...
Enjoy with tea....Crispy and Healthy Stuffed bread roll.






Ingredients:-

For 8 rolls

4 pieces of bread  (I am using brown bread..you can use any bread)
2 boiled potato
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp green chili and ginger paste
1/2 tsp mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
A pinch of hing (Asafoetida) 
1/2 tsp cumin seed

Green chutney 

Method :-

Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
Add cumin seed and hing , when it cracks , add mashed potato and all spices . Mix it properly.
Stir for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the gas.
keep it aside 
Remove the crust from all sides of bread ....
Roll out each bread as much as you can.

Spread on 1 tsp of green chutney.
then Place about  1 tbsp of potato filling on one end of the rolled out bread slice.
Gently roll in and from one end, making sure filling stays well.
Cut into two pieces

Repeat with the remaining bread slices.



 

                                     


Rolls are ready...


Now airfryer turn

heat up airfryer on 180 C for 5 minutes.
Then place the rolls in airfryer on 150 C for 8-10 minutes.
Then change the temperature 160 C for 8-10 minutes.
Grease the rolls with oil.
then for brown color set the temperature 180 C for 5 minutes.




Crispy Stuffed bread roll are ready .....
Enjoy hot rolls with chutneys.
