Oats and Paneer cutlate
If you got bored with the salad, boiled food and soup during dieting, and want some yummy but healthy so this is a good option.
Oats and paneer cutlates are packed with protein and fiber. You can eat this in breakfast and snacks. You can enjoy these cutlates without disturbing your weight loss plan. It is best for kids lunch.
Everyone can enjoy this.
It is healthy , yummy in taste and easy to make .
Ingredients
About one cup cooking oats
About 3/4 cup grated or scrambled paneer
1 medium size finely chopped onion
1-2 finely chopped green chili
1/4 tsp ginger paste
Salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup water
2-3 tbsp oil for shallow fry
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp Mango powder
1/2 tsp corainder powder
Method
In a bowl add oats , paneer, onion, salt , cilantro, bell pepper, green chili, ginger paste, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander powder and mix well .
try to make a dough . It can be firm because of oats so mix water as required and make dough.
Grease your palm with little oil and make balls and give them round shape and press lightly.
Heat the pan or skillet. Place the cutlates on the skillet and cook it on medium heat.
Put some oil on the tikkis. Cook it for sometime (3-4 minute aprox) then turn them ..put some oil and cook them. Turn again and again (press lightly from the spatula during cooking) until become golden brown and crispy in color. (It will take around 12-15 minutes approx)
Serve hot oats and paneer cutlates with green chutney and ketchup
Tips:-
You can add more vegetables as your choice like carrots, cauliflower , potato etc.
