Super crunchy, yummy and healthy Salted Oats and Coconut cookies.
No Maida (All purpose flour)
No Egg
Very less Sugar
Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
2 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
2 cup Coconut powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Some Almonds
Method
Preheat oven at 375 F (190 C) .
Prepare baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl , whisk butter and Sugar together until it become fluffy. ( It will take 2-3 minutes).
Now add Rolled Oats, Coconut powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix together. Now cookie dough is ready.
Now take small balls from the cookie dough and keep it on the tray and press lightly . Now add one Almond .
Prepare all cookies and keep the tray in oven for 22-25 minutes.
(Note : You can check after 20 minutes since every oven has different temperature)
and Turn off the oven and keep it for five minutes. ( It will give brown color and super crunch in the cookies).
After 5 minutes. Take it out .
When its become completely cool then you can serve.
You can store in tightly covered container.
Note:-
1) Here I am using Olive Salted butter. If you are using unsalted butter you can add 3/4 tsp salt or as per taste.
2) You can add chocolate chips, walnuts, Raisins etc. As per your choice.
3) You can use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
4) Instead of coconut powder you can use coconut flour too
So Enjoy Crunchy , yummy and healthy cookies.
