Fruit Raita

Fruit Raita is healthy, refreshing raita. You can enjoy with meal or after meal as a refreshing drink. It is very easy to make.






Ingredients :-
2 cup yogurt or curd
1 tbsp Roasted  cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt ( or acc to taste)
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
3/4 cup water (depend on thickness)
1/4 cup grapes
2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup apple cubes
1/4 cup pineapple cubes
finely chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp chaat masala

Method:-

Blend curd in a blender.
Add Fruits and mix well.
Add spices.
Garnish with cilantro.

Tips:-

Adjust yogurt thickness and spices acc to taste.
