Sooji Halwa

Sooji Halwa






Ingredients:-

1/2 cup semolina or sooji
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup water
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
2 1/2 tbsp ghee
5-6 chopped Almonds
5-6 chopped Cashews

Garnishing (optional)

Coconut  Powder


Method:-

Taken a pan or wok or Kadhai.....
Add sooji and ghee. Roast sooji until it gets golden brown color . Roast Sooji on medium gas until it burns.
 





(It will take around 10-15 minutes).

Add sugar and water, cardamom powder . Mix well.
Cook for 6-8 minutes on medium gas.
(Sooji absorbs all water.)
Turn off the gas.
Mix all dry fruits and mix well .


Garnish with coconut powder
