Healthy homemade Protein Powder |स्वस्थ प्रोटीन पाउडर |Immunity booster ...




 Healthy protein powder which boost immunity, strength.

Ingredients:-

1/2 cup Flaxseeds

1/2 cup Makhane/ lotus seeds / Foxnuts

1/2 cup Melon seeds

1/2 cup Almonds

1/4 cup Walnuts

1/2 cup Pistachios 

1/2 cup sesame seeds



Method :-

In the pan roast all the nuts separately for 1-2 minutes on medium gas or until they become crunchy .

Then let it cool down and grind in the grinder and make fine powder.


Or you can strain/seive the powder in the strainer/seiver.

and your protein powder is ready.


Add 1 tbsp powder in the milk and enjoy .
