Thandai ice-cream

Thandai -ice cream (No egg, No ice-cream maker)









Ice-cream is a yummy treat which everyone loves
and Thandai, is an Indian cold drink prepared with a mixture of dryfruits, spices and some seeds which is also a great drink.
So lets combine both and make a superb ice-cream i.e. Thandai Ice-cream.
A great combination of spices and ice-cream...

 Here is the recipe which has no egg, no use of ice-cream maker and need very few ingredients...
 and taste is very awesome same like market ice-cream....

Enjoy yummy recipe and made it and give a treat to your friends and family..




For 4-5 people

Ingredients

Heavy whipping cream 400 gm
Sweetened condense milk 200 gm
Thandai syrup 4 tbsp (  Home made or market brought)
Some  chopped Pistachios for garnishing
Some  chopped Almonds for garnishing
Some saffron leaves


Method :-

In a bowl add whipping cream, beat from electric beater or hand beater for 2-3 minutes .

Add condense milk and Thandai Syrup and beat for more 3-4 minutes or until it become fluffy and creamy..
(I am using market brought Guruji Thandai Syrup ...)
Mix it with spatula.

   
Add some chopped pistachios, Almonds and some saffron leaves.

now Pour this creamy mixture into any container and seal tightly it with either plastic or lid.
Spread some more pistachios, almonds over it.
   


Put it into freezer for 3-4 hrs.
Enjoy yummy ice-cream .
serve and garnish with some chopped pistachios, almonds and saffron leaves.


You can use also dried rose flower petals for garnishing...
