its very healthy and yummy in taste.
I am making here Oats appe. Since oats are very good in cholesterol .
Here is the best combination of oats and Veggies in the form of oats appe..

Oats appe are very yummy and healthy snack. It consume very less oil. These tempting appams can be a good option as a light snack.
These appams are so devouring that the kids too relish eating them. You can serve these with any Indian chutney or dip like green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup or coconut chutney. So, try out this healthier version of Vegetable Oats appe.
Ingredients
Method
In a bowl add oats flour, sooji, salt and sugar. Mix well.
Add curd and water . Mix well and make thick batter. keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Add cabbage , bell pepper, carrot and cilantro and mix well. Add red chili powder.
(You can add also 1-2 finely chopped green chili)
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds , when it crack then turn off the gas.
Add this tempering into oats batter.
Add baking soda into batter. Mix well. Because of soda , it will rise and make fluffy.
Heat the appe pan on medium gas and grease it lightly with very little oil.
Pour one tbsp of the batter into each mould and cover with lid.
Cook it on medium gas and turn after 3-4 minutes.
Cook it for more 3-4 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make more appes.
Serve hot with Cilantro chutney, coconurt chutney or ketchup
Note :-
1) You can add vegetables of your choice like Onion, carrots, zucchini etc.
2) You can add cashews & peanuts also.
