Eggless Mango Pancake

Traditionally, A pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter and served with honey or jam or maple syrup or whipped cream or ice-cream

I am here making Eggless pancake with the mango flavor.

Yummy, simple and quick recipe especially for Kids.

So Enjoy

 For 3 pancake
Ingredients

1/2 cup  Maida/ All Purpose flour
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

2-3 tbsp Mango puree (with sugar )
1/4 cup milk

Oil/butter for cooking

Method

In a bowl, Strain Maida, Salt, baking soda and baking powder and stir well.
Add Mango puree and milk and make thick batter .

Now the batter is ready.
Keeping the skillet/Tawa/pan on medium heat .
Grease tawa with butter and fill 1/2 ladle with batter and spread on the skillet for making pancake.

Cook on the first side until bubbles appear on the surface, the edges begin to look dry, and the bottoms are golden-brown, about 3 minutes on medium high gas. Flip with a spatula and cook about 2 minute more on the second side on medium gas.. Serve immediately or transfer to a platter and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

(I like pancake little golden brown so i cooked pancake for more time.
Its up to you, if you want light you can cook for less time.)
Serve with Whipping Cream  or Honey or Maple syrup or icecream.
Its your choice.
Garnish with ice-cream , some mango syrup and blue berry
Serve warm .
