Wheat Thin crust Veg and cheese Pizza in Airfryer

Wheat Veg and Cheese Pizza in Airfryer
Within 35 minutes pizza is ready from scratch to finish

#No Yeast
#No Maida
#No Egg

Try this recipe with your family.
Enjoy Healthy pizza.

 

Ingredients

For pizza base
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup curd/yogurt
1/4 water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp powdered sugar  /(1/2 tsp crystal sugar)


For topping (As required)
Cheese
Pasta Sauce
Oregano
Italian herbs
chili flakes
veggies of your choice (Onion, red, green, yellow bell peppers, mushroom, spinach etc.)

Butter/oil for greasing

Method

In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt , sugar, baking powder, baking soda and mix well. 
Add yogurt/curd and mix well. Now add water gradually and try to knead soft dough. (As you can see in pic )
Now take one tablespoon oil and grease the dough and knead for some seconds.  and covered with damp clothes or towel paper.
(Keep the dough for resting for 15 minutes)

In the mean time you can prepare vegiees. Chopped or sliced as per your choice.



 Now Divide the dough into equal ball.
I  prepared 3 Pizza from these ingredients.
I am making thin crust pizza here  . (Its all up to you)
Try to roll the pizza with your hand since dough is soft.
or you can roll the pizza as well.
Spread some wheat flour on the rolling board.
And take ball and spread with your hands.

(If you have cornmeal or corn flour try to use for spreading , since i don't have i can't use it this time...mostly In resturants they use corn flour/corn meal)

When u rolled pizza , prick with the help of fork.
(Size depend on the airfryer)
Cut the piece of foil or parchment paper as per the pizza size.
Grease the foil with lightly oil.

Preheat Airfryer at 160 C for 5 minutes.
Keep the pizza base for 8-10 minutes at 160 C.

Turn the pizza base and keep for 3-4 minutes at 160 C.
(Your pizza base is ready )

Now take out the pizza base from Airfryer. Spread some pizza sauce , Cheese as required. Some oregano flakes.
For veggie pizza same procedure, add veggies.
Keep the pizza base with toppings back to Airfryer for 6-8 minutes at 160 C


 
Add chili flakes and Enjoy with Ketchup or Marinara 

For veggie pizza you can keep for 10 minutes at 160 C.
