This is very simple to make but with some tips and tricks.
Don't skip these three points.

1) Don't Soak dal for overnight.
2) Don't make fine batter.
3) Beating is most important process to make moong dal vada.

Then vadas/Ladoo will be make very delicious.

1/2 tsp green chili paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste

1/8 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 tsp black salt
Around 11/2 cup finely chopped Spinach
Oil for greasing

Method :-

Soak Moong dal and Chana Dal for 3-4 hours
Then Drain it .
Blend in a blender and make Coarse paste .

(Don't add water , if you need just add 2-3 tbsp water)
We don't need fine paste.

Take out all paste into bowl.
Add Green chili paste , ginger paste, hing, black salt,  and salt.

beat/whisk in one direction with the help of hands for 5 minutes.
