Healthy Cauliflower Pizza bite || Keto Pizza || Eggless||No Oven

Keto Pizza/ Cauliflower Crust pizza is super healthy and also comes in Keto  diet.
Not only For weight watchers but also for everyone is really good option.
Cauliflower crust is lower in everything-calories, carbs, protein, fat, fiber and sodium

Try this simple, delicious and healthy cauliflower pizza bite recipe.
No Egg, No Oven, No Maida, No Sooji, No Wheat flour, No multigrain flour etc.









In this recipe , I am making as per keto but you can adjust the ingredients as per convenience.

Instead of Almond flour - You can use Besan (Gram flour), Corn flour, coconut flour , wheat flour.


                         
















Ingredients

1 Cauliflower
11/4 cup Paneer
1 cup Almond flour
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp Italian herbs of your choice  like(Oregano , red chili flakes,Parmesan, Rosemary,  basil , etc. )

1 cup Vegetables as per your choice like red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion , mushrooms etc.) or  as required
1/4 tsp salt .
Mozzarella Cheese as required
pizza sauce as required.
1-2 tsp some italian herbs
1 tsp red chili flakes

2-3 tbsp oil for greasing Skillet



Method :-

Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Wash and drain.
Then add cauliflower florets into grinder and grind it.
Or you can use food processor as well.



Then transfer these mixture in the cheese cloths or any cotton clothes

Take opposite ends of the cloth and tie together lifting the cloth and
Squeeze as much as you can.
(This step is very important since if the mixture has moisture or wet, then it will not be able to make dough properly ).

Now after squeezing , Transfer cauliflower mixture into any  plate or bowl


Add Paneer, Mozzarella Cheese, Almond flour, Italian herbs and mix well.

and knead dough.


Spread some oil and knead dough one or two times.

Dough is ready .

Now wrap the dough and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Lets prepare veggies.

In the pan, add 1 tsp oil
Add all veggies and Saute it on high gas for 1-2 minutes.
Veggies should be crunchy , it should not be soft.
Add 1/4 tsp salt or as required and some italian herbs and some red chili flakes

Mix well. Turn off the gas.

After 2 hrs.
Divide the dough into two parts one for small pizzas and one for large pizza.



1) Lets make small bites pizza
Divide the dough into small parts.
and make small ball and press it in between your palms .
Make shape as circle

Make it 4-5 pieces or as required

Grease the skillet well with the oil.

Then keep cauliflower small bites on the pan .
Cover it for 6-8 minutes on medium gas or until it become cooked.
then flip carefully .
Spread pizza sauce and spread some Mozzarella cheese
Chopped veggies , sprinkle some salt and italian herbs.
and cooked it on medium gas for 8 minutes.

Then transfer into serving plate carefully. *Use Sharp Spatula


Now Similarly we will prepare Large Pizza .

Grease skillet with oil .
Transfer the left cauliflower dough and spread into a circle.

Cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium gas or until it get cooked.

then Flip Carefully, add Pizza sauce, cheese and veggies.

and Cook it for 8-10  minutes on medium gas.

Enjoy healthy pizza.
Serve hot with Marinara or ketchup .

For Oven , Preheat pizza at 400 F and without topping bake 15 minutes.
Then add topping and bake it 5 mins more.
